Labor Day Weekend

We had a great weekend with a visit from Elizabeth and Annela, George's sister and mom.
Magnolia had a great time with them! Here are some photos!

Magnolia's first Starbucks stop.
Love those teeth!

Checking out her new hedgehog.

!
Magnolia is doing great! She's doing something new every day. This weekend was a turning point as far as playing with toys. She's now interested in them and is learning how to play with them but of course they're not really toys, they're more like oatmeal containers, plastic lids, and anything paper. She's learned to knock down a tower of blocks, she's learned to drop small toys in containers and then get them back out. She likes us to hide things for her and she LOVES to find them. She is also quite the ham doing her best performances in evenings. Elizabeth did a little game of hide and seek by squatting up and down behind the counter top. Later that evening Magnolia did it right back to her behind the ottoman! She still nods her head, blinks, blows kisses, claps, and does the sign for milk. Sometimes when she's wild she does them real fast all in row.
She is constantly cracking us up...what a joy!
The camera is always clicking around here so check back again soon.
Magnolia's growing by the minute!

Just got home from our trip there and one of the first things I did was go to the blog! I miss Magnolia so much already, and I guess George and Lucy too! What a special weekend getting to know Magnolia and watching you with her. You both are amazing parents! I ADORE MAGNOLIA and find peace knowing that all I have to do is picture her and then I will be filled with joy! I love all three of you! Thanks for such a great weekend! Love, Aunt Elizabeth
