Happy Father's Day to one of the greatest Dads I know!
He spent his day with Magnolia & George. Here they are helping him fix the broken picnic table.

P.S. The house wasn't meant to be. The other buyer dropped their contingency so the house is theirs. This is two for two on trying to buy a house. Back to square one. We check into a hotel on Friday indefinitely and keep on looking...
